the ideal non-allergenic alternative to wheat flour ....

Rice flour is produced by grinding broken or whole grain rice. Rice flour can be used in baby food, crisps and crackers, breakfast cereals, sauce binders and baking mixes, rice noodles, breweries and crispy coatings of deep-fried products.

As a non-allergenic alternative to wheat flour, targeted markets also include manufacturers of gluten-free foods, and diet foods suitable for coeliac patients.

The end product can be roughly broken down into 3 categories : rice flour (fragments < 125 micron), rice cones (between 125 and 210 micron) and rice grits (greater than 210 and up to 340 micron).
